- The saw blades rotate from the middle of the log outwards and do not draw sand or gravel from the bark into the saw cuts that wear down the sharpness of the blade, which means that you can saw 100-200 logs between sharpenings.
- With the edger, you can saw with 4 blades (two horizontal and two vertical) and produce a plank in a single step.
